I just wanted you to know, I've dealt with Eric Klimstra concerning the
sale of a rental property along with my wife and son. Just to let you
know we were very impressed and satisfied with the way he professionally
conducted himself. We asked him a ton of questions and he never quiver
to go out of his way to find answers. One thing struck me, he was very
prompt getting back to us, in this day and age where a client needs
answers ASAP to make informative decisions. He never told us he will get
back to us in a day or two, within minutes we got his reply. We
